We are a social, non-profit making collection of individuals who share an interest in the magical and performing arts. Our members range from keen hobbyists to full-time professional performers. We meet twice each month for talks, workshops and general socialisation, and are always happy to welcome new members.

PETER DONNELLY
After a long battle against cancer our dear member and friend Peter Donnelly has passed away. Peter was a long-standing member of the CMS with a love and great flare for magic. Over the years he was on our committee as Entertainment Secretary, Welfare Officer, and Secretary.
Peter's great love of balloon modelling meant he could often be seen around Cardiff town centre, shopping centres and other outlets entertaining the children with his fantastic balloon models.
Peter will be sadly missed by his family and friends, and our condolences go out to them. A sad loss too to everyone at the CMS where we consider all our members as family.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 29th April at St. Teilos Church in Whitchurch, CF14 1AD at 9.15am. The family have asked that there be no flowers sent, and any donations in Peter's memory be made to Velindra Hospital, Whitchurch, for there continuing work.
